Refund policy

At Gansett Outfitters, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below:

Returns: Items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery

Exchanges: We offer free exchanges on clothing items only.

Condition: All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Item(s) that have been worn, printed, washed, decorated, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale: Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for all returns and exchanges to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
